What are the opening hours?
Noon to 4 am daily — sixteen hours, not twenty-four; The Excellent is not a round-the-clock house. Therapists are on for the whole trading day, so a midday arrival is a fully staffed arrival. It is one of the earliest opening times in Macau, which suits daytime visits and late arrivals alike.
Can I stay overnight?
No — the venue closes at 4 am. During opening hours you can use a paid private rest room or the free lounge rest area.
How do the theme rooms work?
Any Lady Spa package can move into a scenario room — DJ room, office, cinema, hospital or cosplay theme, assigned by availability on the day. Ask when you book.
What does the free dining include?
Hot mains lead with steak, seafood, pork and lamb; then rice and noodle dishes — fried rice, fried noodles, noodle soup — plus sandwiches and daily soups. The drinks counter runs soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea, milk tea, beer and Red Bull. It serves from the noon opening onward and is inside every package. The only thing billed separately is spirits and wine.
