First visit? Six steps
The system is simple — the one thing worth knowing in advance: theme rooms are optional, and the choice is entirely yours.
Arrive at the Grand Emperor Hotel
Doors open at noon. Just say you booked through us — nothing to show, nothing to print.
Change, sauna & bath zone
Lockers, showers, steam and the pool zone first. Towels and amenities are all provided.
Meet the day's line-up
An attendant walks you through the day's roster and the tiers — a multinational team — before you decide.
Choose your package
From the entry Authentic Wellness Massage (90 min) to Gentle Massage (black and the top step, 60 min). Bands are in the price guide.
Scenario theme room
Take any package into a scenario room — DJ room, office, cinema, hospital or cosplay theme.
Add-ons & free dining
Add-on services are MOP 288 / 20 min each; dining is free from opening to close. Book through us and 2 add-ons are on the house.

Good to know
Book through us and the car comes to you — hotel, ferry terminal or border gate — and drops you at the Grand Emperor main building at no charge. Once inside, pick any 2 of the add-ons above; booked through this site, those two are on the house too.
Walking in instead? Send a message before you leave anyway. The noon opening is when the Japanese-theme rooms are easiest to get, and an agent will give you the day's roster details and put your two free add-ons on your name before you arrive.
